My pixel2 phone was damaged and Carphone said in two different reports that it couldn't be fixed. I've reached out to Lovefone and everyone was super helpful and professional. I've made an appointment, took the phone in and 45min later it was fixed! I should have tried their service before KnowHow team at Carphone.
