I can not praise the service enough. I was told by Apple I would need to get a new phone as my gps and bluetooth were not working. Lovefone charged me £44 to replace the antenna. For that, they picked up my phone from my office in London and returned it to me to my office within 3.5 hours. Absolutely amazing. The lady who was helping me on the phone was also very friendly and professional. Will be telling everyone and definitely using again should the need arise.
