They are a friendly bunch, with everything on show when they are fixing your phone. You can stay and watch or go for a coffee. I had a problem on one of the components they fitted (microphone) which they changed FOC and without fuss on a second visit. The battery, which is non-apple, was less than a quarter the price and works as well as the original. In fact, I believe it's also got around the well publicised Apple "slow-down" with an ageing battery, another bonus.
