After my first visit for a screen replacement I realised there was a slight fault with the touch screen so I took it back a week later. Unfortunatey, they had to replace the screen for a second time (although it was under warranty so free of charge). Although this was a little inconvienient, Fouad was very helpful and repaired my phone very quickly. He even fitted a slightly better screen after I expressed my concern about the brightness and colour. Thanks very much!
