Great service. Made an appointment via their website, which was very easy. Got an email and text confirmation & a reminder the day before the appointment. The screen was replaced in their open workshop within 20 mins. The lady that helped me at the front desk is very professional and most helpful. A short while after, I realised the home button was a little loose. I emailed lovefone and the lady got straight back to me and said come back when convenient. Went there today and they said the rubber behind the button needed replacing. They did this free of charge.!
