Had an excellent experience with Lovefone. At 8am I smashed my phone screen, couldn't use it any more. By 9am I had booked with Lovefone. A courier picked up my phone by 10am and it was back with me by lunch time. Not only did they fix my phone screen quickly, they also repaired the vibration in my phone as well free of charge.
Their communication across phone calls and emails was very prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.
