My iPhone 7 Plus charging port had broken and would no longer charge. I booked a slot and courier online, Lovefone called me to confirm pick up time at around 9:30. They said the courier would be with me in an hour. The courier picked up the phone at 10:34 and delivered it back to me by 11:45 all fixed with a new charging port. Brilliant service and highly recommend.
