This was my third trip to lovefone over the course of the last 2 years (embarrassingly, really...) and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are lovely and, importantly, they do a very good job. In the past I have had frightfully bad experiences getting my screen changed elsewhere (on at least 2 occasions other issues emerged shortly after that the shop denied causing, before demanding even more money to fix the new problem), but with lovefone I have never had any problems at all. I initially went to lovefone because of the warranty, but I have thankfully never had to use it. In addition to this, the price is very reasonable (£49 for a new iPhone screen within 30 minutes) which is appreciated as it takes the sting out of having an accident. Many, many thanks, lovefone - but I hope I won’t be in again for a while!
