Handset collected from Moorgate by courier on a bicycle at 10:48. Received e-mail notification that the battery had been changed and handset was on its way back at 11:39. Handset given to me personally at 12:06.
Extremely impressive and I was fully informed throughout the process. Saved me at least 2 hours waiting in the Apple shop.
