Lovefone offered a first class service and it was so convenient with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I had my phone back even before I could even miss it. I wasn't sure about changing the colour of my iPhone screen from white to black, they sent me a photo to show me what it would like and also explained in detail what the ramifications would be if I changed the button as well. No complaints and I would rate the service highly.
