I was desperately checking the internet for ideas on how to get the battery in my iPhone5s replaced reliably when I came upon Lovefone – and read a review of a family who travel to London to get their phones fixed there. Then I saw mention of the Red Phone Box in Holborn and I was ‘hooked’ and booked in my phone with no concept of how wonderful the service would be! Fouad the Magician in The Red Box is not only passionate about his job, he is very courteous to everyone and kept working on my phone until a couple of batteries later he got it to start charging again. Luckily there are nice coffee places nearby in which to pass the time and keep warm. I paid by card and came away with a receipt and warranty too. SusanS
