The technician stayed 1.5 hours over closing time to ensure my phone was perfectly fixed (it took three screen replacements!) he even delivered the working phone to a nearby restaurant as we weren’t prepared to wait over an hour. Excellent customer service and very happy with the screen and battery replacements.
