I cannot recommend this company highly enough. First class service and communication through the entire process. I dropped my iPhone 7 plus and the screen shattered. The Apple repair was just too expensive so I went looking for an alternative. There are scores of repair shops out there but they use lower quality screens which invariably give problems. Lovefone uses higher quality screens and offers a choice. I was working abroad at the time and had to post my mobile from central Europe. They kept me across the repair at all stages and promptly returned the phone in a few days. I am almost certain they also repaired a slight blemish on the case without me asking. Overall, use these guys. Recommended.
