Made a 10am appointment on Saturday at the Tottenham street store, had an issue with my iPhone (screen broke and not it wasn't turning on) explained to the very friendly chap (think he's name was Fouad) within 15 minutes he had the screen replaced and the phone was charging... quite a relief tbh... first class service, highly reccommed, would definetly use again... thumbs up from me.
