A rating of ‘very good’ doesn’t do the service here justice. I’ve never come across such good service in the UK in my entire life! I brought in my son’s very cracked iPhone yesterday - we were late so went in thinking that we might be told it was too late to get a repair done. We also half expected to be told the phone was beyond repair. To our amazement we were told to come back at 5.10 and the phone would be ready - this was incredible as the place closed at 5. The phone came back to us looking brand new. Not only that, my son had said the phone glitched - that was repaired too. Finally - as if that wasn’t enough - we were given a screen protector for free. I’ve already told the friends/family i’ve met so far about how amazing Lovefone is. I can recommend it 100%!
