Everything about the business is great. Good, helpful website, friendly staff, the office is nice.
But they wrecked the fingerprint reader on my phone and I was offered no compensation. Also, I haven't noticed that much improvement in battery life since I swapped for a new one. So the only fix that worked was the earpiece speaker.
I'm not sure i would go somewhere else next time, I think I just wouldn't risk doing any repair to the phone. The staff seemed highly competent so I think iPhones are just too delicate.
