I sent off a Nexus 5 with a display problem. Once it arrived with lovefone it took more than a day before they dispatched it. When it arrived, the screen was in a worse state. It did not accept any touch, it was not seated properly and after a few minutes it started acting on what seemed like random touches even though no one was near it - it even opened up the emergency key pad and started dialling random numbers. They offered to fix it, so off when the phone again - this was a bit quicker and the phone was despatched on the same day they received it. This time the screens works fine and is seated correctly - however, something under the screen is now obscuring the notification LED. Lovefone claim this must have happened during delivery! I had to put my case to their customer care person very strongly to get them to accept they had to fix this. So, I now need to package up my phone for a third time in the hope of a proper repair. Third time lucky? UPDATE: Yes, third time lucky. I had to chase them up to refund my postage but they did do this without question. The final repair is first class - just painful getting there.
