They sent me the wrong item. They wanted a photo of the wrong item sent to them by email. They wanted a copy of the packing note sent to them by email. I had to take time out of my day to organize this. This company's incompetence is legendary.
They are deducting £0.55 pence from my refund. OUTRAGEOUS!! ZERO STARS FOR THESE COWBOYS
