Ordered some replacement downlighters on 4th Nov. 2010 after discussions with a very helpful sales assistant. Confirmation email stated I'd be notified when the lights were despatched. A week later I still hadn't received any notice of despatch so I emailed, left a telephone message and sent a note via Facebook before getting a response to say the item were due in the next day (19th Nov) from the supplier and would be sent out immediately. Still didn't receive any despatch notification so I telephoned again on 23rd Nov. and spoke to Lynsey who was very helpful, said she would check on the items and call me back which she did, to confirm I would receive the lights on 25th Nov. which I duly did. Bit disappointed that it took 2 weeks to for the order to be fulfilled as there was no indication when ordering that the lights were not in stock. The Lovelight staff were excellent on the occasions I rang them but a simple email to explain the delays in completing the oder would've been appreciated.
