Excellent range of products featured well on a good easy to use website. Payment, checkout and despatch were very good as was the communication and delivery time.
We did have an issue with the product where 3 of the 6 lights were designed to slope back while the other 3 fixed level. As they were to be fitted by the electrician that day he had to improvise to make all 6 sit right. If he hadn't been booked we would have had to return 3. All boxes were marked the same so Lovelights would never had known.
