Great customer service. Admittedly, they did have to send a replacement as the first delivery was not packaged correctly and got damaged in transit but it's not entirely their fault. I suspect it was the courier company.
They were very pleasant and apologetic when I told them and immediately send a new replacement which came very quickly. Happy with my product and so refreshing to have good customer service when these things happen!
