My wall light arrived within a week, but with two smashed light bulbs. This was due to a packer error. They were not packed with brown paper or bubble wrap and were loose in a large box.
However, in saying that, when I phoned the sales lady she couldn't have been nicer (as she had been when I placed the order), apologising and saying that they would immediately replace the smashed bulbs. They arrived the next day, well protected!
So 10 out of 10 to customer services and many thanks for my lovely bathroom light.
