WOW, what a company! I was having a bathroom fitted and unfortunately broke the sensor while trying to move it to a different position on an illuminated mirror. The manufacturers quoted me 7 days to send a replacement. The bathroom installers were due to finish in 3 days. I contacted Love Lights and spoke to Gemma who said she could get the part from the manufacturers and forward to me within 2 days!! The sensor arrived in time for the installers to fit.
