The items ordered were exactly as described and came quickly. Unfortunately our electrician gave us the wrong details so some of the items were incorrect. We rang customer services. A very helpful young lady sorted out the problem and sent the replacement order very quickly, and didn't charge us the difference in the price - RESULT. Well pleased with LoveLights, will gladly recommend to all.
