Eventually got the brackets...but no communication to say if or when they were going to arrive. No one answered customer service phone, left message but no one got back to me. Sent email to CS no reply!
My son finally got through on phone and was told that the supplier had let them down.....would have been nice to have had this information then we wouldn’t have been worried.
Got brackets after a month which would have been ok if we had known what was happening. Non existent CS for this reason don’t think I will use this company again.
