The logs arrived promptly and were very well packaged.
I received a mixed box including Apple, Cherry and Oak.
The kettle BBQ was set up as a smoker and I briefly soaked the chunks of wood in water. We smoked spare ribs and lamb shoulder. The results were fantastic, with succulent, tender meat with subtle smoky flavour that was balanced with spicy dry rub and a sweet, smoky and spicy chipotle sauce.
