Bought a discounted pair of jeans from them which didn't quite fit. I had to return them. Because Love The Sales are just a shopfront and don't handle the returns, I sent them back by courier, who damaged them. I ended up out of pocket in the end because they wouldn't refund a damaged item. I understand it wasn't their fault they were damaged, but the set up requires the customer take on the risk of damage for returns- there's no built in cover, so it's all at your own risk. This is why they only get three stars, and not more.
