Sent the wromg item. Returns process requres me to pay unless I follow a convoluted process with TOWER. They claim an exchange was possible but the process does not appear to allow it. Due to the nature of the initial problem without further interaction it is likely the exchange pair will also be incorrect. I will therefore be returning the item and sourcing it from a more reliable vendor.
