I loved Cartagena. All the cities are different so you get what you want. If you do your research you know what you are getting. It's a beach city, islands, beautiful clear waters. I had a great time there. The ladies I met were smart, worldly, had great conversations. They have very good energy and they are business ladies, just great. From the first day they made you feel comfortable and they focus on you.
