I asked for the item to be sent directly to my firend as it was a gift for her 40th - I was late ordering and was really hoping that the "2 working days or less" meant less...... and it did!! I ordered Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning - on her birthday and she was totally made up with it! Engraved with her 2 children's names and her recently adopted 3rd child - she said it was the best thing she had received. Thanks very much for a brilliant service and for an excellent quality gift that definitely will be appreciated for years to come
