Had trouble ordering on the website. However your company was very helpful when I phoned. The order was receivedpromptly but unfortunately a name was misspelled. Because of a time restraint I have accepted it. The invoice was correct but the item wasn't. The item should have said "Katie" but actually said "Kate" I was very pleased and surprised to receive a replacement with the correct spelling. Many thanks would definitely use your company again and would be pleased to recommend you. Merry Christmas
