I had ordered a personalised necklace in non tarnish sterling silver but was sent a necklace which was gold plated. I contacted Love Silver the same day and they were very apologetic and agreed to change it. As the necklace was personalised and it was their mistake they decided to let me keep the gold plated necklace also. The quality of the necklaces was very good and they were as described on the web page. Very pretty , a beautiful gift and excellent customer service.
