Really quick service and beautifully engraved. However, in my haste to get the item ordered I had inadvertently repeated a word, so it would have been nice if they could have called just to check that was my intention or if I wanted to change it to another word. Otherwise lovely unusual item for an 18th birthday and I will recommend to friends .
