I ordered the snake chain 1.7 mm 20 inch. It's fantastic and the service is superb . Also the box it came in was very special and would befit a more expensive pendant. What was wrong well only the clasp at the back. Boy is it fiddly and small , a bit of a pain and seems also to open the wrong way making it even more challenging. But it doesn't stop me wearing the lovely chain or Chakra Vortex pendent I bought it for.
