I was kept very well informed during the order/purchase period and the order arrived in advance of the estimated date. I did find it difficult to choose the size for the chain and so went for a "medium" which when put with the large-ish pendant looks delicate, but my partner thought it was fine.
Good quality chain for an excellent price, would definitely buy again, but research the size more.
