We had not confirmed we wanted our names on the hearts and very kindly someone rang and explained how we could have our names engraved. We agreed and unfortunately Christine's name was spelt wrong, but again the person we spoke to was very sorry for the mistake and told us a new one would be made and sent. This arrived today with the return pre paid envelope.
