I ordered a necklace with three heart pendants, personalised with my children's names and also a personalised ankle bracelet. I am over the moon with the quality of them, particularly the necklace, which all my friends think is gorgeous and many people have commented on how lovely it is! I rang the company the day after placing my order as I wanted to change the length of the chain. The lady I spoke to was really helpful- my order hadn't been dispatched so she sorted that straight away and also emailed me to let me know it could be changed.
