I ordered a 20 inch chain from Love Silver, but realised a little later that I actually wanted an 18 inch one. I contacted them but they were so quick off the mark that the order had gone straight to the maker, but I was advised I could return it if I so wished. It came very quickly (2 days) and so I immediately returned it and just a couple of days later I got the length I required at no extra cost. It is beautiful and presented in a charming box, just right for a present. I would certainly recommend this company!
