Bit of a weird experience. Placed my first order & received no email confirmation or dispatch notification. I'd forgotten to tick create account & thought this may be the issue. Plants arrived very well packed, labelled & a good size & healthy. Placed my second order & ticked create account but still no confirmation & have no idea how to access the account I created. Also, never responded to either of 2 messages. They may have a website issue but the plants were spot on.
