The Coach was comfortable according to the Residents. The Drivers were on time, well mannered, very helpful and professional; however 2 of them struggled to get on and off due to the height, a stool or mobile steps on board the coach would have been of great help and convenience. I also felt harassed with level of emails and phone calls regarding late payment.
