Absolutely shocking.
Settled a default payment of £28 which I believe was paid years ago. Paid for peace of mind. Will investigate further. That was at 3pm. Card details given and payment taken. No confirmation or email. Have called 4 times to get an email sent. Everyone has been very nice and polite. But still no confirmation. Highly frustrating and concerned.
