I play a few free draws and up until last week I was a bit sceptical of them, but then I won the Lucky Dip on the Lucky Phone draw! It was really easy to claim - I clicked a button, confirmed my payment method (I chose Paypal) and entered my Paypal email - the money arrived in my account that evening. Highly recommend to anyone.
