I recently signed up and checked the terms and conditions thoroughly first. I can honestly say I have not received any unwanted calls or spams through this site.
I check everyday and find the reminder emails very handy for when I forget to check.
AND I was lucky enough to win £10 with my phone number - very pleased at that.
