Love the products that I bought online. I’m a bit disappointed with the creamed coconut fair trade organic I’ve got which I bought in Sainsbury’s. Unlike other organic coconut when I use it to cook it doesn’t melt, it burns and so I simply can’t use it for cooking. I’ve previously used the standard Lucy Bee coconut and haven’t had a problem but couldn’t find it today in supermarket so went back to trusted vita coco one.
