I use this cacao powder instead of coffee and absolutely love it, I mix a large teaspoon with hot (no more than 70c) water and a splash of milk. Have tried other organic powders but always come back to Lucy Bee as the ethical side wins over competitors. I ordered a batch in the recent sale, with good use by dates, and they arrived promptly. I'll continue to use Lucy B and always recommend.
