I recently made an order of the bath salts which arrived on time, however, one of the boxes of bath salts was damaged and had leaked out into the bigger box. I contacted Lucy Bee immediately following instructions on invoice, attaching a photo as proof. The reply was immediate and a replacement box of bath salts were sent the next day with an apology. Excellent service, would expect nothing less from Lucy Bee.
