The Raw Coconut Oil from Lucy Bee is excellent. Its so good I not only cook with it but also have a teaspoon of it twice a day as a means of getting some 'good fat' in my vegan diet. It has a very mild, very palatable flavour. I received my parcel promptly and was notified by email as to what time it would arrive. It was extremely well packaged in cardboard boxes and a paper, which in a world of plastic, was really heart warming as it was all recyclable.
