Exceptional customer service and super fast delivery, especially given that my order was placed in between Christmas and New Year. The products themselves are brilliant and have used all in my cooking and baking so far. The fact Lucy also gives us access to recipes to try using her products is another bonus. I also like the ethics of this company too.
