Great company! Had a voucher for Xmas which I was going to spend on their skincare range, but they had to stop manufacture until end of this year. They offered a full refund of the voucher, but I spent it on some other products instead. There was a small hiccup on the delivery address which I emailed them about which was amended straightaway so it was delivered to the correct address. Had a lovely email from Hannah after my order was placed as well! I follow Lucy Bee on Instagram as well and they never fail to make me smile! A lovely, ethical, personal British company which I will continue to purchase from!
