The cocnut milk and water came really quickly which was excellent. I'm still not convinced the milk is an alternative to cow milk for tea and coffee but it's a step in the right direction. Cutting down cow milk use anyway. I see that the coconuts come from The Phillipines; great for local farmers as I assume it is Fair Trade certified but the carbon footprint getting the product over to the UK must be huge.
